HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President, Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, in his capacity as Ruler of Dubai, has ordered the payment of a bonus of AED 26,608,000 (twenty six million, six hundred and eight thousand Dirham) to Emiratis whose taxicab number plates are operated by the Dubai Taxi Corporation and Taxi Franchise Companies at the Roads & Transport Authority (RTA). The total number of which is 6652 plates.

Speed limit on Dubai-Al Ain highway sector lowered to 100 km/h

RTA starts construction of 700 meter-long Bridge at Wafi Interchange

RTA completes construction of internal roads at Warqaa 1, 2, 3 and 4
The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai has completed the construction of all internal roads at Al Warqaa 1, 2, 3 and 4 Internal Roads Project. Accordingly, it has completed the opening of all internal roads in the area between the Tripoli Road in the North, Al Awir Road in the South, Academic City Road in the East, and the Mohammed bin Zayed Road in the West.
