Apply for an NOC to Hire a Luxury Vehicle Driver
The NOC is a basic requirement for the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation to specify the number of drivers allowed based on your Trade Licence. The NOC stipulates that RTA doesn't object to the completion of the transaction in accordance with the laws and legislations pertaining to the activity.

Steps
- Go to RTA website and click Business and Corporate Services .
- Select NOC to Hire a Luxury Vehicle Driver from the Commercial Transport Licensing list.
- Enter the Traffic File number and Trade Licence number.
- Agree to the terms and conditions after reading them.
- The system displays a summary of the number of vehicles and drivers' permits.
- Click Confirm and Continue .
- Click Online Payment .
- Pay the fees.
- Download the payment receipt.
- Download the NOC and continue the procedure of hiring drivers at the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation.

Important to Know
You Should Know
- The number of drivers approved to be hired or linked to the Trade Licence mustn't exceed 2.3 the number of contracted vehicles.
- If the number of drivers linked to the licence is equal to or higher than the approved number, you can't obtain an NOC.
- You can't apply for a new NOC before the previously issued one expires. If you lose or damage your valid certificate, you can reprint it.

- You must fulfil all the contractual and financial conditions necessary for the granting of the franchise to carry out the activity of transporting passengers in luxury vehicles in the Emirate of Dubai (signature of the contract, submission of cheques or an advance payment for the monthly vehicle operating fee, provision of a cash or bank guarantee) before applying for the service.
