Customer Council
The Customer Council was launched by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) to facilitate direct communication with customers from relevant external groups and all segments of society, understand their needs, aspirations, and views on RTA’s services through direct sessions, and support RTA’s sectors in better addressing their needs and expectations, ensuring their happiness, and enhancing their comfort.
