You Should Know

1. You can view, update, renew, or replace the family members' cards and manage their concessions.
2. You can manage multiple nol cards at the same time.
3. Once unlinked, you won't be able to manage the card concession and renewal.
4. Only personal and registered nol cards can be linked to the guardian's account and managed. Anonymous cards can’t be linked.
5. The linked card must be active.
6. You must ensure that all information is accurate before submitting the request.
7. The guardian is responsible for the fees of any service completed through his account, including renewals, replacements, or concessions.
8. Linked cards will continue to be managed by the guardian as long as the guardianship remains active in the GDRFA system.
9. The family members must be under the same official guardianship, which is automatically verified through the GDRFA system.

You Should Do

1. You must submit the required documents when applying for a personal nol card, in case the automatic verification of guardianship is unsuccessful through the database of the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA).
2. You must update your guardianship data in the GDRFA system before applying for this service.

Official guardians of children; spouses; parents; People of Determination; students aged 5 to 23 enrolled in a school, college, or university within the UAE; and Senior Emiratis and residents aged 60 and above
