Manage nol Card
Apply for a Personal nol card (blue card) or register your Silver or Gold card to access all nol services. You can replace or renew your card, top up the balance, add or renew a Travel Pass, or purchase a Red Ticket or an Anonymous nol card. The Personal nol card offers the same features as the Silver and Gold cards, with category-based concessions for Adults, Senior Emiratis and Residents, People of Determination, and Students. You can also manage your family members' cards by linking them to your account.

Steps
- Log in using your UAE Pass or RTA Account.
- Authorise RTA website to access your full information (full name, phone number, email address, and date of birth) through the UAE Pass.
- Click Manage nol Card on the dashboard and then Register Existing Silver/Gold nol Card .
- Review your personal details from the UAE Pass (primary mobile number, email address, first and last name, date of birth).
- Enter your nol tag ID number and confirm it.
- Review the details.
- Pay the fees.
- Receive confirmation through SMS.
- Receive the PIN by SMS once the registration is approved.
- After receiving the registration SMS, wait 45 minutes to 4 hours, then activate the card by using it in the nol Pay app, S’hail app (NFC), or at the Metro gates (check-in and check-out) to change the status from anonymous to registered.

Steps

- Authorise nol Pay to access your full information (name, phone number, email address, and date of birth) through the UAE Pass.
- Tap the existing Silver/Gold Card on the back of the phone with NFC feature.
- Confirm all personal information (nol tag ID, phone number, full name, and email address).
- Pay the fees.
- Submit the application.
- The anonymous card is successfully registered.

You Should Know
- Silver or Gold Anonymous cards can be registered without any specific category or concession.
- The nol card registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- You can have up to 5 Registered nol cards.
- Registered nol cards include all standard features such as a secure balance, up to AED 5,000 top-up, and the ability to load 1 Travel Pass (30, 90, or 365 days) at a time. These cards don’t offer travel fees discounts and must include your photo.
- Anonymous Silver or Gold cards that are lost, stolen, faulty, or damaged can't be registered.
- You can track your card using Mahboub chatbot, through the following steps:
- Type "Track shipment" in the chat box.
- Provide the track shipment number (AWB).
- View the tracking details (AWB, shipment type (nol card etc.), status, tracking history).

Terms and Conditions
- The nol card is intended for use only by its owner. Any misuse, such as allowing another person to use the card or using an expired or invalid card, is subject to penalties in accordance with RTA regulations.
- Blocked cards can't be reactivated.
- Unaccompanied minor policy:
- Below 8 years old: Not recommended to use public transport (metro, tram, buses, and marine transportation) unless accompanied by adults.
- Between 8 and 11 years old: The permit must be issued by one of the parents to allow the child to travel alone (with the exception of intercity buses).
- 12 years old and above: Allowed to use public transport without being accompanied by an adult.
- Children under the age of 5 don't need a nol card and can use Dubai Metro, Tram, and Bus for free.
