Apply for a Personal nol card (blue card) or register your anonymous Silver or Gold card to access all nol services. You can replace or renew your card, top up the balance, add or renew a Travel Pass, or purchase a QR Ticket, a Red Ticket, or an Anonymous nol card. The Personal nol card offers the same features as the Silver and Gold cards, with category-based concessions for Adults, Senior Emiratis and Residents, People of Determination, and Students. You can also manage your family members' cards by linking them to your account.

Steps
- Log in using your username and password, or your UAE Pass, or continue as a guest.
- Select the QR Ticket type (Single Trip or 1-Day Pass).
- Select the number of Single Trip tickets or 1-Day Passes required.
- Select the travel class (Regular or Gold).
- Complete the payment.
- Your QR Ticket will be issued instantly in the app and will be ready to use.

Important to Know
You Should Know
- You can obtain a QR Ticket through nol Pay app only. The QR Ticket refreshes automatically and can’t be downloaded.
- The QR Ticket is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase if unused. Once used on public transport, it remains valid until the end of the same day.
- Single Trip tickets are available for 1 zone, adjacent zones, or all zones, while the 1-Day Pass is valid for all zones by default.
- A Single Trip ticket allows up to 10 trips, while a 1-Day Pass allows up to 5 trips.
- Unused QR Tickets can be refunded at stations by showing the QR code. An AED 2 fee applies to each refund.
- You can purchase a Static QR Ticket valid for 1 day from the date of issuance, through ticket vending machines to use on Dubai Tram.
You Should Do
- Sign in using your UAE pass, your RTA account, or continue as a guest user (a secure OTP will be sent to you for verification).
- Complete the payment to receive your unified QR Ticket instantly.
- Scan your digital QR Ticket at the gate card reader or validator, when you check in and check out.
- Keep your digital QR Ticket available throughout the journey, including during transfers.
- Make sure you have an internet connection when travelling, as it's required to access your digital QR Ticket stored in the app.

Terms and Conditions
- QR Tickets are valid on Dubai Bus, Metro and Tram only.
- A QR Ticket is a personal, single-use travel product. It mustn't be shared or transferred to another person, duplicated, screenshotted for resale, or forwarded to another person.
- RTA may invalidate any QR Ticket that has been shared, copied, tampered with, or otherwise misused. Invalidated tickets aren't eligible for a refund or replacement.
- These Terms and Conditions are subject to RTA’s Public Transport Fare Policy and applicable UAE laws and regulations.
- QR Tickets are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.
- QR Tickets are refundable in cash at ticket office machines only, provided the refund is requested within 30 days of purchase and the ticket hasn't been used. A service fee applies.
- QR Code Tickets aren't eligible for a refund if they're damaged, corrupted, invalid or unreadable due to misuse, including sharing, copying, or repeated attempts to use the ticket.
- A Static QR Ticket can only be replaced in the event of a printing or system error at any ticket office machine, after RTA staff verify that the ticket is valid and unused.

- Q: Where can I use the QR Ticket?
- A: QR Tickets can be used on Dubai Bus, Metro and Tram only. They aren't valid on Dubai Ferry, Dubai Taxi, parking meters, or at non-transport retail outlets.
- Q: Can I use my QR Ticket multiple times?
- A: Single Trip tickets generate a digital QR code that can only be used once. The digital QR code for a 1-Day Pass can be used multiple times until 23:59 on the day it's activated. Once scanned and used at the gate, the QR code becomes invalid.
- Q: What is the maximum number of QR Tickets I can buy at once?
- A: You can purchase a maximum of 10 Single Trip tickets and a maximum of 5 1-Day Passes in a single transaction.
- Q: How do I know my purchase was successful?
- A: Once your payment is successful, your unique booking reference number will appear on the screen. You’ll also receive an email and an app notification immediately.
- Q: What do I do if I don’t have a data plan or internet connection?
- A: Metro and Tram stations offer Wi-Fi. However, you must have an internet connection to use your QR Ticket.
- Q: Where can I get a refund for my unused QR Ticket?
- A: You can request a refund at a ticket office machine at any of the following stations:
