Al Tayer was delighted with the success of RTA Scientific Research Award in encouraging employees to conduct scientific research and studies. “RTA is keen to nurture an environment encouraging employees to innovate and allocate the resources and tools needed to motivate them to think Out-of-the-Box and come up with creative solutions and test their viability. This drive is becoming increasingly relevant, especially after the endorsement of the 7-Year Corporate Research Plan carried out in partnership with leading global firms,” said Al Tayer.

“The first and foremost aim of the Scientific Research Award is to identify employees who have advanced scientific research skills and offer a chance to assess them. Accordingly, the excellent ones will be posted and tasked to support RTA’s efforts in research and development,” said Al Tayer
