Recharging A Salik Account Using ePay/mPay​

This service enables you to recharge your Salik (https://www.salik.gov.ae/en) account using credit cards through epay and mpay websites.

Eligibility

All customers, who have Salik (https://www.salik.gov.ae/en) accounts, are eligible to apply for this service.

Ways to apply

Process

Recharging through ePay

Through ePay website:

  • The customer logs in using the username and password
  • The customer clicks on the recharging tab
  • The customer enters the required payment details
  • Once the recharge is done, the Salik (https://www.salik.gov.ae/en) balance will be updated.

Through mobile application:

  • The customer downloads the application
  • The customer logs in using the username and the PIN code
  • The customer chooses the recharge option from the list of content
  • The customer chooses ePay
  • The customer enters the required details
  • The customer chooses the desired balance
  • The customer clicks on “next”
  • The following message appears on the screen: “Your Salik (https://www.salik.gov.ae/en) account number “a1” was recharged electronically. Your new balance is “a3” AED. Thank you.”

Recharging through mPay (an electronic channel that allows the customer to recharge the Salik (https://www.salik.gov.ae/en) account balance using the registered mobile number)

  • The customer logs in using the email and password
  • The customer clicks on the recharge tab
  • The customer enters the required payment details
  • Once the recharge is done, the Salik (https://www.salik.gov.ae/en) balance will be updated.

Terms and conditions

  • To use the mPay service, the customer must log in to the mPay website and create an account for this service
  • To use the ePay service, the customer must have an e-account on Salik (https://www.salik.gov.ae/en) website or mobile application.
