This service enables you to recharge your Salik account.

Eligibility
All customers, who have Salik accounts, are eligible to apply for this service.
Required documents

The customer must submit only one of the below required documents:

  1. Salik account number + PIN code
  2. Vehicle plate number + mobile number registered with Salik
  3. Vehicle plate number + Salik tag number (Salik Self Service through Salik Call Centre).
Service fees
  • Value of the added balance with no extra fees.
  • In case of recharging through SMS, 30 fils will be deducted as a service fee by the mobile operator (Inclusive VAT)

Recharging account (without logging in)

  1. The customer selects from the balance recharge section his preferred recharge method.
  2. The customer enters the required details and the recharge amount.
  3. Once the recharge is confirmed, the Salik account balance is updated.

Recharging customer account (after logging in)

  1. The customer enters the username and password.
  2. The customer selects from the balance recharge section his preferred recharge method.
  3. The customer enters the required details and the recharge amount.
  4. Once the recharge is confirmed, the Salik account balance is updated.

Recharging another account (after logging in)

  1. The customer enters the account number and PIN code or the mobile number and plate details.
  2. The customer enters the required details and the recharge amount.
  3. Once the recharge is confirmed, the Salik account balance is updated.

Through Salik App

  1. The customer logs in using the username and the PIN code.
  2. The customer selects the balance recharge option.
  3. The customer selects from the balance recharge section his preferred recharge method.
  4. The customer enters the required details and the recharge amount.
  5. Once the recharge is confirmed, the Salik account balance is updated.

Through Dubai Drive App

  1. The customer logs in and selects Salik.
  2. The customer selects the balance recharge option.
  3. The customer enters the required details and the recharge amount.
  4. The customer selects from the balance recharge section his preferred recharge method.
  5. Once the recharge is confirmed, the Salik account balance is updated.

Through Dubai Now App

  1. The customer logs in to the Dubai Now App and selects Salik.
  2. The customer enters the account number and PIN code.
  3. The customer selects the desired recharge amount and the required payment details.
  4. Once the recharge is confirmed, the Salik account balance is updated.

Through Self Service Machines

  1. The customer enters the account number and the pin number, then selects the recharge amount.
  2. Once the recharge is done, the Salik account balance is updated.

Through SMS:

  1. The customer sends the account number, the PIN code and the recharge number via SMS to 5959.
  2. Once the recharge is done, the Salik account balance is updated.

Note: The SMS format i.e. R*12 digits Salik recharge card number*Salik account number*Pin number

Through Salik Self Service on Salik Call Centre

Recharging account (without logging in)

  1. The customer enters the account number and the PIN code or the mobile number and plate number or tag number and plate number.
  2. The customer enters the recharge number.
  3. Once the recharge is done, the Salik account balance is updated.

Recharging account (after logging in)

  1. The customer logs in to the account using the account number and the PIN code.
  2. The customer selects the recharging service (own account or friend's account).
  3. The customer enters the recharge number.
  4. Once the recharge is done, the Salik account balance is updated.

This service has no validity.

Terms and conditions
  • The customer can recharge his account through banks, after confirming with his bank that the service is provided. Click here to check the banks list.
  • To recharge through banks, the customer is required to provide his account number and pin code, or his mobile number and plate details. However, the process may vary according to the bank.
  • The minimum recharge amount per transaction is 50 AED and the maximum is 50,000 AED.
  • The recharge amount should be in a multiple of 50. For ex: 100, 150, 200...
