  2. The customer selects Contact Details section.
  3. The customer updates the desired details.

Through Customer Happiness Centers and Salik Service Counters

  1. The customer heads to the service centres and requests the update of the Salik account details.
  2. The details are updated.

Through Call Centre

  1. The customer contacts the Call Centre on 80072545.
  2. The customer provides the Call Centre employee with the information to be updated.
  3. The details are updated.

Through Salik Self Service through Salik Call Centre

  1. The customer logs in using his Salik account and PIN number.
  2. The customer selects Update details to insert the desired updates.
  3. The details are updated.
