    Adopting the best applicable technical specifications for designing the services/ products& incorporating these requirements in all processes, tenders &contracts

    Determining, effectively using and enhancing the different technologies, buildings & facilities to deliver the best services/ products to achieve customer satisfaction.
    Determining, maintaining, and enhancing its staff competence via appropriate motivation, education and training, and to foster a work environment that attracts and inspires excellence in employees.
