1. The customer logs in using UAE Pass or his username and password.
2. The customer selects Request for special plate from Plates services list.
3. The customer enters the required details.
4. The customer settles the required fees by credit card.
5. The customer receives the ownership certificate and receipts through email and SMS.

Through Dubai Drive app

1. The customer logs in using his username and password, or UAE Pass.
2. The customer selects Plates Services.
3. The customer selects My Plates.
4. The customer enters the details (plate number, code, type, digits, and price options) to search for the required special plate numbers.
5. The customer adds the requested plates to his basket from the search results for available plates.
6. The customer reviews the plates details and clicks Next.
7. The customer selects the certificate delivery method and clicks Proceed to Pay.
8. The customer settles the fees and receives the receipt through email.
9. The customer receives the plate ownership certificate through the selected delivery method.

Through Customer Happiness Centres or Vehicle Registration and Inspection Centres

1. The customer applies for the service.
2. The customer selects the desired number from the list of available numbers.
3. The customer settles the fees and the price of the number.
4. The customer receives the ownership certificate through email and SMS, and the printed plate from the centre.

• Receive the plate from one of the centres.
• Receive the plate ownership certificate through email.

• If the customer didn't settle the plate number fees upon receiving the approval, he is considered uncommitted and required to present a security cheque to be settled over 3 payments when submitting a new application.
