Steps

  1. Log in using your valid Emirates ID, passport, or UAE Pass.
  2. Enter the OTP sent to your registered phone number.
  3. Select Replacing a Lost/Damaged Driving Licence from Drivers Licensing Services list.
  4. Select the reason for applying.
  5. Confirm your Driving Licence details before its issuance.
  6. Select the delivery method (Self Service Machines or delivery service).
  7. Pay all fines and fees.
  8. Receive the licence as a Digital Driving Licence. You can receive the original copy of the replaced licence through:
    •  Self Service Machines 
    • Delivery service, with the fees as follows:
      • Standard delivery: AED 20
      • Same day delivery: AED 35
      • Delivery within 2 hours: AED 50
      • International delivery: AED 50.
  9. Receive the licence through the RTA Dubai App (My Docs) , and add it to your Apple or Samsung Wallet, if any.

  1. Type "Apply for or Manage a Driving Licence" then select "Replace Driving Licence".
  2. Log in using your username or UAE Pass, or continue as a guest and enter the vehicle details, Traffic File number, or Driving Licence details.
  3. Enter the OTP you received on your registered phone number.
  4. Confirm your eye test information to continue.
  5. Select the delivery method:
    • Printing the Driving Licence at any of the Self Service Machines .
    • Delivery service, with the fees as follows:
      • Standard delivery: AED 20
      • Same day delivery: AED 35
      • Delivery within 2 hours: AED 50
      • International delivery: AED 50.
  6. Agree to the Terms and Conditions and pay the fines and fees.
  7. Download the Driving Licence and payment receipt and receive the original copy of the replaced Driving Licence through the selected delivery method.

  1. Log in using your UAE Pass.
  2. Click Services , then select Transport .
  3. Go to Vehicle and Driver Services and click Manage my Licence .
  4. Select the active Driving Licence.
  5. Click Replace Driving Licence .
  6. Select the reason for replacement, then click Continue .
  7. To amend the name, go to Select Name, choose the name you want or customise it, review the details, and click Continue .
  8. To change the photo, upload the photo you want, click Continue , review the licence details and click Submit . Once you receive the approval notification, open the request.
  9. Review the licence details and click Confirm to continue.
  10. Select the delivery method and click Continue .
  11. Review the payment details and click Pay .
  12. Select the payment method and complete the payment.
