Steps
- Log in using your username and password, or UAE Pass.
- Click Cancel eWallet Account .
- Verify that the eWallet is cancelled and refund initiated through the system.
- Receive the status of the refund application from the Finance Department through email.
- Receive the refund amount in your bank account.
