Create and manage your eWallet to pay for RTA services. You can top up your balance, view your transactions, update your account details, cancel your eWallet when needed, and refund your remaining balance.

Steps
To apply for an ewallet
- Log in to your account using your username and password, or UAE Pass.
- Select RTA eWallet.
- Click Apply for eWallet Account.
- Enter your Emirates ID number and date of birth, and click Validate your ID.
- Review the information and select your nationality and emirate from the drop-down menu.
- Upload both sides of your Emirates ID by clicking Upload documents , then click Submit .
- Verify that your eWallet account is created immediately upon submission.
To link an eWallet account
- Create an RTA account.
- Log in to the account.
- Click the eWallet icon.
- Click Create eWallet Account .
- The pre-filled eWallet account creation form is displayed.
- Confirm the information, agree to the terms and conditions, and click Confirm .
- The eWallet number and PIN are sent through email.
- Log in to the RTA account.
- Click eWallet .
- Click Linking the eWallet Account .
- Fill in the details of the eWallet account and click Link .
- You're automatically redirected to Manage eWallet Account .

You Should Know
- You should save the PIN of your eWallet account sent to the email address associated with your account. You need it to link your eWallet account to your RTA user account.
- To use the eWallet:
- Log in to your account using your username and password, or UAE Pass.
- Select eWallet as the payment method for the service fees.
- The amount will be deducted from your eWallet account.
- You can use the eWallet to pay for services provided by several RTA agencies: Licensing, Revenue Management, Driver Training Qualification, Central Inspection, Advertisement Management, and Dubai Taxi.
You Should Do
- Link your eWallet to your user account on RTA website to manage it and display the dashboard.
- Link the services you want to your eWallet account to pay their fees through the wallet.
