Manage eWallet Account

Create and manage your eWallet to pay for RTA services. You can top up your balance, view your transactions, update your account details, cancel your eWallet when needed, and refund your remaining balance.

Steps

To reset your PIN code

  1. Log in using your username and password, or UAE Pass.
  2. Go to RTA eWallet .
  3. Click Reset PIN code.
  4. Click Confirm .
  5. Receive the PIN code through your registered email.

To update your PIN code

  1. Log in using your username and password, or UAE Pass.
  2. Go to RTA eWallet .
  3. Click Update PIN code.
  4. Enter your old PIN code.
  5. Enter a new PIN code and click Confirm .

To update your account information

  1. Log in using your username and password, or UAE Pass.
  2. Click Update Account Information.
  3. Update the information.
  4. Click Confirm .

To update your password

  1. Log in using your username and password, or UAE Pass.
  2. Click Update Password.
  3. Enter the old and new passwords.
  4. Click Confirm .

To view your transaction history

  1. Log in using your username and password, or UAE Pass.
  2. Go to RTA eWallet .
  3. Enter the start and end date for the transaction history report on your eWallet dashboard.
  4. Click Confirm .

To subscribe to a service

  1. Log in using your username and password, or UAE Pass.
  2. Go to RTA eWallet .
  3. Select Service Subscription from the left navigation panel.
  4. Select the service you want to subscribe to from the list.
  5. Enter the information and click Subscribe .

You Should Have

  1. A user account on RTA Website linked to your eWallet account.

You Should Know

  1. The transaction history of the last 30 days is displayed on the website. If you need a transaction history for more than 30 days and up to 6 months, you must apply through the Mahboub chatbot or RTA call centre. No transaction history is logged beyond 6 months.
