Steps

For a new permit

  1. The company representative logs in using the username and password.
  2. The company representative selects Licensing Services , then Drivers from the dashboard, after passing the medical test.
  3. The company representative selects Add Driver(s)/Female Supervisor and enters the Emirates ID details.
  4. The company representative selects the permit type (in accordance with the activity of the company in the Trade Licence).
  5. The company representative selects the institution where the driver(s) will undergo training.
  6. The company representative pays the training package fees through the available payment methods.
  7. Once the training has been completed, the company representative books the theory test appointment at Al Aweer Bus Depot - Warsan 3 and pays the fees through the available payment methods.
  8. Once the driver has passed the theory test, the company representative pays the permit fees through the available payment methods.
  9. The driver completes the foundation training course and passes the Evaluation Test.
  10. The company representative receives the permit through email and SMS.

For renewing the permit

  1. The company representative logs in using the username and password.
  2. The company representative selects Licensing Services , then Drivers from the dashboard, after the driver re-takes the medical test if it has expired.
  3. The company representative selects the driver holding the expired permit and clicks Renew .
  4. The company representative selects the institution where the driver will undergo training and the training date.
  5. The company representative pays the fees to open a refresher training file for a Tourist Vehicle Driver.
  6. The driver completes the training course at the institute.
  7. The driver passes the theory test.
  8. The company representative pays the fees to renew the Tourist Vehicle Driver Permit.
  9. The company representative receives the permit through email and SMS and can download it.

For reactivating the permit

  1. The company representative logs in using the username and password.
  2. The company representative selects Licensing Services , then Drivers from the dashboard.
  3. The company representative selects the driver holding the prohibited permit and clicks Reactivate .
  4. The company representative selects the institution where the driver will undergo training and the training date.
  5. The company representative pays the fees to open a refresher training file for a Tourist Vehicle Driver.
  6. The driver completes the training course at the institute.
  7. The Tourist Vehicle Driver Permit is reactivated.
