Steps
For a new permit
- The company representative logs in using the username and password.
- The company representative selects Licensing Services , then Drivers from the dashboard.
- The company representative selects Add Driver(s)/Female Supervisor and enters the Emirates ID details.
- The company representative selects the permit type (in accordance with the activity of the company in the Trade Licence).
- The company representative selects the institution where the driver(s) will undergo training.
- The company representative pays the training package fees through the available payment methods.
- Once the training has been completed, the company representative books the theory test appointment at Al Aweer Bus Depot - Warsan 3 and pays the fees through the available payment methods.
- Once the driver has passed the theory test, the company representative pays the permit fees through the available payment methods.
- The driver completes the training course and passes the Evaluation Test.
- The company representative receives the permit through email and SMS.
For renewing the permit
- The company representative logs in using the username and password.
- The company representative selects Licensing Services , then Drivers from the dashboard.
- The company representative selects the driver holding the expired permit and clicks Renew .
- The company representative pays the fees through the available payment methods.
- The driver completes the training course.
- The company representative receives the permit through email and SMS.

You Should Know
- The driver must be 25 years or older.
- The profession on the driver's residence visa must be Driver .
- The driver's training course is 1 day long.
- The permit is cancelled if it's not renewed after expiry.
- To renew the permit, the driver's residence must be under the name of the same sponsor.
- The driver can't change companies until 2 years have passed since leaving his previous sponsor, unless he provides an NOC from his previous sponsor when applying for a new permit with another employer.
