- Type " Book a road test appointment " in Mahboub chat box.
- Click Apply Now .
- Enter your Traffic File number and year of birth.
- Select or change an appointment.
- Receive an OTP to your registered phone number.
- Pay the fees.
- Receive the reference number of the transaction.
- Receive the scheduled appointment date through SMS and email.
On WhatsApp
- Click RTA on WhatsApp in the Find Us section on the website to enquire about the service and type " Book a road test appointment " in Mahboub chat box.
- Click Apply Now from the dropdown menu.
- Mahboub checks if your phone number is linked to a valid Learning Permit and if you passed the Knowledge Test.
- Select or change the appointment.
- Pay the fees.
- Receive the reference number of the transaction.
- Receive the scheduled appointment date through SMS and email.

Important to Know
You Should Know
- Your training file is suspended if you don't take one of the driving tests (Knowledge, Yard, or Road) within 6 months from your last appointment date.
- You must arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment for confirmation.
- If you don't take the test on the scheduled date, you must book a new appointment and pay the test fee again.
- You can reschedule your test appointment through online channels or one of the Driving Institutes, up until 24 hours before the test date if you wish to postpone it. You can also reschedule it to an earlier date anytime, if you find an available appointment and pay AED 320, by applying for the same service.
- If your Driving Licence isn't issued within 1 year from passing the Road Test, you must take an Evaluation Test.
- If you fail the Road Test 5 consecutive times, you must apply for the Institute Evaluation Test.
- After each failed Road Test, you must take a 4 training sessions before the next test.
- If you wish to book an appointment during official holidays, you must pay additional fees to the Driving Institute.
- You must complete all required classes and training to book an RTA test.
