Apply for Appealing a Road Test Results
If you disagree with the results of the Road Test for the following categories: light vehicle, heavy vehicle, heavy bus, and light bus, you must dispute them within 14 days from the Road Test results.

Steps
- Log in to RTA website using the UAE Pass, Emirates ID or Passport number.
- Click Apply for Appealing a Road Test Result .
- Check the results details on the website, including Immediate Fails and Minor Faults.
- Select the results that you consider to be incorrect and enter your feedback (including complaints about the examiner's behaviour).
- Add the refund details (IBAN or original payment account).
- Pay the fees.
- Submit the appeal and receive a reference number and confirmation by email.
- Receive the results within 5 working days by email with a link to check the details.
- If the appeal is approved, the results are changed and you receive a refund of the appeal fees to your registered account or IBAN.
- If the appeal is rejected, complete the training and redo the Road Test.

Steps
- Log in using your UAE Pass.
- Click Services then Transport .
- Select Driving Test Appointment .
- Click Details to view the previous test result.
- Review the test result carefully, then tap Appeal .
- Select the items you want to appeal, then tap Continue .
- Select your refund method.
- If you select a bank account as the refund method, upload your IBAN letter, then tap Continue .
- Pay the fees and download the receipt.
- If the appeal request is rejected, the test result remains unchanged, and you can book a new appointment.
- If the appeal request is approved, you receive the result through a push notification and the refund of the appeal fees to your registered account or IBAN.

- You can't cancel your appeal application once it's submitted.
- The refund of the appeal fees is processed within 2 months.
- You must apply for this service within 14 days from the Road Test results.
