- Log in using your UAE Pass, or the details of your Emirates ID or Passport to access your personal profile.
- Receive an OTP on your registered phone number.
- Select or change an appointment.
- Select Remote Interpretation, if needed.

Important to Know
You Should Do
- Complete the theory lectures before you take the Knowledge Test:
- Light vehicles, motorcycles, and light/heavy buses: 8 hours
- Heavy vehicles: 9 hours
- Light/heavy equipment: 4 hours.
- Book the remote interpretation of the Knowledge Test 5 days before the scheduled test date.
You Should Know
- Your training file is suspended if you don't take one of the driving tests (Knowledge, Yard, or Road) within 6 months from your last appointment date.
- You must arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment for confirmation.
- If you don't take the test on the scheduled date, you must book a new appointment and pay the test fee again.
- You can reschedule your test appointment through online channels or one of the Driving Institutes, up until 24 hours before the test date if you wish to postpone it. You can also reschedule it to an earlier date anytime, if you find an available appointment and pay AED 320, by applying for the same service.
- A remote interpretation service is available for an extra fee.
- The remote interpreter connects with you through an online call to translate all the test questions and options.
- If you wish to book an appointment during official holidays, you must pay additional fees to the Driving Institute.
- After passing each test, you receive an email and an SMS with a link to book the appointment for the next test.
- You must complete all required classes and training to book an RTA test.
