Steps

  1. Go to Apply for To Whom It May Concern Certificate page.
  2. Log in through your account, UAE Pass, or by entering one of the following details:
    • Emirates ID number and expiry date
    • Driving Licence number and issuance date
    • Plate number.
  3. Apply for a To Whom It May Concern Certificate.
  4. Pay all the fines and fees.
  5. Receive the certificate by email.
