RTA is all set for the new academic year 2025–2026 through a comprehensive plan that includes a package of traffic improvements around schools and a series of innovative awareness initiatives directed at students, drivers, and parents.

The Customer Council of RTA held a discussion session with residents and frequent visitors of the Al Quoz area to familiarise them with RTA’s plans for traffic and infrastructure development, as well as the expected improvements and related impacts.

H.E. Mattar Al Tayer, Director General, Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors at the RTA, and H.E. RTA has announced the launch of the smart reporting service Madinati via “Mahboub” chatbot on WhatsApp. The service allows Dubai’s residents and visitors to conveniently report damage related to infrastructure and public transport facilities.

RTA has inaugurated Old Dubai Souq and Al Sabkha marine transport stations, which serve the marine transport network along Dubai Creek. The move is part of RTA’s comprehensive plan to upgrade marine transport facilities in line with Dubai’s broader development across all sectors.

In line with its vision to be the World Leader in Seamless and Sustainable Mobility, and as part of its ongoing digital transformation drive, Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) is qualifying and training new drivers through the ‘Tadreeb’ digital platform.
