Earned ‘Great Place to Work’ Certification for 2025

Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has been awarded the ‘Great Place to Work’ certification by Great Place to Work, a globally recognised authority in assessing and benchmarking workplace environments.

The recognition highlights the Authority’s success in cultivating a positive and motivating workplace that boosts employee satisfaction and empowers its workforce. The certification is granted through an established scientific methodology that measures employee experience, job satisfaction, and overall wellbeing, demonstrating a strong commitment to a corporate culture founded on trust, transparency, and empowerment, while enhancing organisational performance and career sustainability.

This achievement reflects RTA’s long-standing focus on developing human capital and fostering an innovation-driven work culture, aligned with the leadership’s vision to create inspiring workplaces and build agile government entities capable of anticipating future needs.

Athari Mohamed, Executive Director of Human Resources and Development at Corporate Administrative Support Services Sector, RTA, said: “The certification reflects employees’ confidence in the organisation’s work environment and demonstrates our commitment to adopting international best practices in human capital management.”

Most notably, it secured the GCC GOV HR Government Award 2025 in the category of Best Strategy for Employee Welfare and Benefits in the Public, Private and Government Sectors.
