  1. Receive the service link through SMS before the end of the reservation period.
  2. Click the link and log in using your username and password.
  3. Select the reserved number then the required period.
  4. Pay the fees and receive the receipt through SMS and email.

  1. Type "Renew the Reservation of a Plate Number".
  2. Log in using your username or UAE Pass, or continue as a guest and enter the vehicle details, Traffic File number, or Driving Licence details.
  3. Enter the OTP you received on your registered phone number.
  4. Select the reserved plate number you want to renew.
  5. Enter the plate number reservation period (3 months, 6 months, or 1 year).
  6. Enter your contact details.
  7. Agree to the Terms and Conditions and pay the fees.
  8. Download the payment receipt.

Important to Know

You Should Know

  1. Re-registration terms apply if the vehicle ownership is expired.
  2. Transactions for Free Zones in Jebel Ali are only processed in the Jebel Ali Centre.
  3. If the plates of the registered vehicle are consulate plates, you must provide an NOC from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and contact the Customer Happiness Centre - Deira.
  4. You can renew the reservation of the plate at any time, even before it expires:
    • If the reservation is renewed after it expires, the new validity period begins on the renewal date.
    • If the reservation is renewed before it expires, the new validity period begins on the current expiry date.
