Steps
- Log in to the company account using your username and password.
- Click Licensing Services then Vehicles .
- Select the vehicles to be tested from the list of vehicles registered under the company Traffic File.
- Read the Terms and Conditions, then check the confirmation box, and click Next .
- Pick a testing date and centre, then click Book Appointment .
- Receive the confirmation and the appointment details through email and SMS.
- The company representative takes the vehicle to the selected centre on the appointment date and pays the fees.
- Receive the results by email and SMS.
- If approved, the company continues with the renewal process.
- If failed, the company makes the required changes or maintenance to the vehicle within 29 days from the test date, then books a new appointment.

Important to Know
You Should Know
- The company must have a valid Traffic File and a valid Trade Licence.
- If you don't renew the expired vehicle registration within 2 months of its expiry, your Traffic File will be blocked and you'll be notified by SMS.
- Car rental companies (code 5) can extend the lifespan of commercial vehicles linked to the activity when they reach the maximum operational age (4 years).
- You can't apply for extension more than 3 times.
