- Select Plates from Licensing Services .
- Select your reserved plate number, enter the recipient's details and submit the application.
- Receive the approval through email and SMS within 24 hours.
- Pay the fees and upload the receipt through the website.
- Receive the confirmation that the transaction is completed through email and SMS.

- The kinship must be of the first degree.
- The number is reserved for 1 year only. It can't be reserved again without changing the ownership.
- The request to transfer a reserved plate number for relatives can only be made once for the same reserved number.
- On Sundays, Al Yalayis Vehicle Testing and Muhaisna Shamil centres only provide inspection services.
