Steps
- Click RTA on WhatsApp in the Find Us section on the website.
- Take a photo and send it through the chat.
- Mahboub checks the content and asks if you want to report an issue.
- Select Yes to proceed.
- Mahboub analyses the image to identify any possible issues. If found, Mahboub details the issues and suggests corrective actions.
- Confirm the findings and the corrective actions to be taken.
- Mahboub asks you to share the location of the issue.
- Share the location pin through the chat.
- Mahboub submits a CRM ticket on your behalf and provides the reference number and a URL to track the status.
- Receive the approval/rejection within 15 working days:
- If the request is approved, receive a notification. The calming measures are implemented according to RTA procedures.
- If the suggested calming measures aren't compliant with the approved technical specifications, receive an SMS or an email with the rejection.
