- Access the ROW Permits System page.
- Click Apply Now and enter the information.
- If clarification is required, such as a change of location, receive a call from the Right-of-Way Services Department.
- Receive the approval through SMS and email.
- Receive the permit and approved drawings through email.

Important to Know
You Should Know
- Condolences tents are considered an emergency.
- Follow up with Dubai Municipality, the Civil Defence Department, DEWA, and Dubai Police to complete the rest of the procedures.
You Should Do
- If you want to set up the tent in front of a neighbouring house, get the neighbour’s approval (you must remove the tent if your neighbour requests it).

- Affection Plan (for projects in areas not regulated by Dubai Municipality)

Terms and Conditions
- When setting up the tent on a sandy yard, allow a distance of 7m from the edge of the Right-of-Way, respecting the designated setup area.
- Abide by all the traffic and road signage and safety requirements, as agreed upon with the Right-of-Way Department.
- You must abide by the designated dates to avoid penalty.
- The permit is deemed cancelled if any of the mentioned information is deleted or crossed out on the application.
- Only the original permit is valid, not the copies.
- You must make way for the Police, Ambulance, and Civil Defence vehicles.
- Don't place any unofficial signs on the Right-of-Way.
