RTA accreditation is a necessary step to enable Driving Institutes to start the licensing and registration procedures to provide different types of driving training, and to enable providers of medical exam services for Driving Licences and driver permits to upload eye test results and renew Driving Licences.

Steps
- Upload the documents.
- Submit your application.
- Wait for the review by the concerned department for compliance with technical specifications.
- Have your site(s) inspected by the concerned department.
- In case of initial approval, receive the agreement and sign it electronically.
- Verify that your centre/hospital site is created and linked to the Licensing and Traffic smart system.
- Verify that your centre or hospital is activated in the system and given the necessary permissions.
- Start your activities.

- Licence from Dubai Health Authority
- Eye test equipment (Eye Test Centres)

- An optical technician (Eye Test Centres)
- A waiting area for customers
- POS machines in all centres
- A signboard displaying the DHA Licence
- A signboard displaying the service fees.
You Should Know
- The Trade Licence, the owner’s Emirates ID, and the company manager's Emirates ID must be valid.
- If you pay the bank guarantee without paying the service fees, you won't be able to get the bank guarantee refunded.
You Should Do
- Comply with the standards required in accordance with the Dubai Universal Design Code for People of Determination.
