To transfer a driving profile from Dubai to another emirate
- Log in using your UAE Pass, Emirates ID number, or Passport.
- If you log in using the Emirates ID, you'll receive an OTP on your registered phone number.
- Select the reason for the profile transfer to another emirate.
- Select the emirate to which you wish to transfer the profile.
- Pay the fines, if any.
- If your residency is from outside the emirate where you wish to move, upload the documents.
- Receive a link by SMS to pay the fees.
- Pay the fees.
- Obtain the NOC to transfer the driving profile from Dubai to another emirate.

You Should Know
- In addition to the accredited eye test centres, the eye test is also available in all Customer Happiness Centres.
- The Learning Permit must be valid to transfer the driving profile. Otherwise, you must activate the Learning permit before requesting the service.
- If you didn't take the practical test in another emirate, you must retake all training lessons (theoretical and practical).
- If you fail your Road Test in the other emirate, you must take 8 training classes then apply again for the Knowledge, Yard, and Road Tests to transfer your profile to Dubai, provided that no more than 2 years have passed since the practical test.
- The driver who benefits from the golden chance must pass the Road Test to transfer his driving profile from Dubai to another emirate or from an institute to another.
