Smart metro information kiosks service in 23 stations
The smart metro information kiosk service crystallizes in deploying 50 information systems in 23 metro stations on both the Red and Green Lines, offering a diverse cast of information & services to meet the needs of the metro riders. The launch of the metro information kiosks conforms to the vision of the senior leadership of Dubai to transform Dubai into the smartest city in the world within three years.
These systems encompass key services highlighted by interactive maps of the metro station sites, timetables & station neighboring zones, fare calculation method, information about the metro (ride regulations, offences, types of NOL cards, and attitudes to be observed during the ride), besides the procedure of making complaints & suggestions contributing to the service improvement. These devices are designed to display information in Arabic & English
