Roads & Transport Authority - Tajeer Marine Vessels

First: Conditions of buses:
1-Do not use rented buses in any other promotional activity or any purpose other than the allotted bus chartered purpose includes
2-Do not exceed the prescribed load bus capacity subject of this Convention.
3-Not to use buses subject of this Convention for the purposes of the race, or any other type of competitive sports.
4-Do not transport any harmful or explosive materials, flammable, any goods, or items likely to lead to internal or external bus or mechanical parts damage.
5-Do not transport illegal substances.
6-Do not carry out any acts or any actions that would cause the cancellation of insurance coverage to the first party or lead to the detention of the bus with the authorities.
7- Do not direct the driver to drive the bus off the road authorized in the agreed walk in this Agreement line.
8-Do not install anything internal or external parts of the bus without the consent of the first party.
9-Do not put or remove posters to participate in the service required in the event that the bus was the second party should bear all damages resulting from the development and removal of posters.
10-Do not load buses for passengers than allowed Load capacity planned for the bus.
11-In case of damage to the bus due to ill use by passengers will load the requesting authority to serve the total cost to repair the damage inside the rented bus. 12- In case of the bus changed the agreed route by the two parties following the provision of the service will be recalculation and on the other side pay the cost difference to the first party (RTA).
Second: the special conditions of passengers:
The second party not to allow the users of buses doing the following acts: -
1- smoking or commit a wrong behaviour.
2- Violence and harassment and carrying weapons of various kinds.
3- putting legs on the seats.
4- reclining or sitting on the handles or pregnant glass.
5- Throwing waste and dirt inside the buses.
6- reckless behaviour.
7- The use of emergency exits except in emergencies.
8- Eating and drinking inside the bus.

1.RTA Marine vessels cannot use for any promotional activities or any purpose other than the vessel chartered purpose.
2.RTA Vessels not allowed to board passengers excess the capacity of the vessel.
3.RTA vessels not allowed to transport or carry harmful or explosive materials, flammable goods or items likely to lead the internal or external damage to the vessel
4.RTA vessels not allowed to transport or carry illegal substances.
5.Do not carry out any acts or any actions that would cause the cancellation of insurance coverage .
6.Do not direct or instruct Captain of the vessel to drive or change allocated routes agreed during the booking made.
7.Do not install any thing internal or external part of the vessel with out prior approval of the first party.
8.In case of damage to the vessel due to the ill use by the passengers , the second party is responsible to bear the total cost to repair the damage.
9.In case the vessel changed the agreed routes by the agreement of two parties, following the provision of the service will be recalculated and second party should pay the cost deference.
10.RTA can cancel or re-route the trips in case of bad weather.
11.There is no refund for the bookings, it is possible to re-schedule the booking with prior notice and is subjected to the availability of the vessel.
12.Second Party should ensure the following activities not occurred on board the vessel:
12.1.Smocking on board
12.2.Violence and Harassment and carrying weapons of various kind.
12.3.Violence and Harassment to the crew
12.4.Putting legs on the seat.
12.5.Throwing waste and dirt inside the vessel or to the sea.
12.6.Reckless behavior.
12.7.Use of alcohol inside the vessel.
12.8.Eating and drinking inside the vessel , other ways need to notify and take permission during the booking.
12.9.Pets are not allowed on board RTA vessels.
12.10. Children under 10 years Must be accompanied by parents.
12.11. No more than two children can accompanied by a single parent
