Completion of 13 Cycling Tracks Across Dubai
RTA has completed 13 cycling tracks as part of a master plan encompassing 15 tracks across various areas of the emirate, with a total length of 162 km. The project provides an integrated cycling network linking existing tracks from Al Khawaneej to Al Mamzar Beach, from Al Warqa’a to Saih Al Salam, and from Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) to Jumeirah.

7,129 Field Visits and 11 Inspection Campaigns Across Dubai Metro and Tram Right-of-Way in 2025
RTA continues to conduct periodic field visits across the right-of-way of Dubai Metro and Dubai Tram networks as part of its ongoing efforts to safeguard rail assets, ensure the highest levels of operational safety, and strengthen compliance with regulations governing activities within the Railway Protection Zone in the Emirate of Dubai.

Cooperation Agreement to Regulate and Manage Road Right-of-Way Within Union Properties
Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has signed a cooperation agreement with Union Properties PJSC aimed at strengthening collaboration in the management and regulation of road right-of-way within Union Properties’ development areas.

Two Bridges as Part of Al Asayel and Oud Maitha Streets Development Project
Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) inaugurated two key bridges as part of Oud Maitha and Al Asayel Streets Development Project, which forms part of Sheikh Rashid Corridor Development Project. The project contributes to linking Al Asayel Street with Al Khail Road via Al Wasl Club Street. The first bridge serves traffic from Al Asayel Street towards Al Wasl Club Street, while the second bridge carries traffic from Al Asayel Street to Al Khail Road towards Business Bay Crossing.

1km Bridge Linking Sheikh Zayed Road and Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Street
The 1,000-metre structure comprises two lanes with a design capacity of 3,000 vehicles per hour and serves traffic from Sheikh Zayed Road to Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Street towards Al Karama and Deira.

DIPMF participants visit Dubai landmarks
The Dubai International Project Management Forum (DIPMF) organised technical field visits for 240 participants to several Dubai landmarks and mega projects such as Al Infinity Bridge, Deep Dive Dubai, Museum of the Future, Enterprise Command and Control Centre (EC3), Mohammed Bin Rashid Library, and the Geographic Information Systems Centre in Dubai Municipality.
