Our services

nol card enables you to pay for the use of various RTA transport modes in Dubai with a single tap. You need to use a Nol Card to travel via Metro, Buses, Tram and marine transport modes like Water Buses. In addition to that, you can also use nol card to pay for RTA's Paid Parking and your groceries(at select stores) and much more.

Dubai metro is a fully automated rail system operating on two different routes (red and green lines), providing commuters with convenient means of travel, across the emirate of Dubai.

Dubai Tram network, covering a distance of 10.6 Km with 11 stations, links Dubai Metro and the Palm Monorail and runs along Al Sufouh Road and Jumeirah Beach Road, providing commuters with most convenient means of transportation. 

Dubai bus service network, with a large fleet of 1,518 buses, cover 87% of the urban area in the Emirate of Dubai. The network comprises of 119 internal lines, including 35 lines linking to metro stations, 12 intercity lines to transport passengers to other emirates, 62 internal lines and 8 fast lines.

Dubai Taxi Fleet comprises of over 3,854 vehicles, operating around the clock, 7 days a week including public and religious holidays, providing a wide range of services, comforts, and customer care via adhering to the highest levels of transportation quality standards.

In pursuit of RTA's efforts to serve Dubai inhabitants, RTA gives paramount consideration to the elements of installation and deployment of modern and traditional marine transport, which implies on various forms that aim to encourage the public on using marine transport such as Abra, the Water bus, the water taxi and Dubai Ferry.

Route 2020 project is the new 15 kilometer extension to Dubai Metro

with 11.8 KM above ground and 3.2 KM under ground.

The route will link Jable alley station with the expo 2020 site.

It features 7 stations, five elevated ones and two under ground with an overall project cost of 11 billion dirhams.

Route 2020 boasts of  the new Jumeirah golf estates station the biggest station on the entire Dubai metro network covering the area of 28500 square meters and accommodation approximately 250000 passengers daily. 

Route 2020 is part of Dubai's ambitious plan to extend its rail network to cover new areas with a 270000 population density and boost Dubai's economic growth creating new investment opportunities along the metro route all the way to the al maktoum international airport
