- Log in using your username and the password, or UAE Pass.
- Select Licensing Services then the required vehicle.
- Select Apply for Ratifying and Adopting a Vehicle Inspection Certificate from Outside the UAE from Vehicle Licensing Services .
- Select the country of origin of the Inspection Certificate.
- Upload the documents (ticket, Technical Inspection Certificate, etc.)
- Read the Terms and Conditions, then click Next .
- If approved, receive within 3 working days the link of the confirmation page and the renewal service through SMS.

Important to Know
You Should Know
- The certificate is rejected after exceeding its legal validity period of 30 days.
- If the certificate is issued from outside GCC countries, it must be ratified by the UAE Embassy in the concerned country, otherwise it will be rejected.
- The certificate is cancelled if you cancel or change any of the vehicle documents.
- On Sundays, Al Yalayis Vehicle Testing and Muhaisna Shamil centres only provide inspection services.

- The Technical Inspection Certificate from outside the UAE is accepted only once for the renewal of commercial vehicles. The vehicle must be inspected for the following year at the service centres in the Emirate of Dubai.
