  3. Copy of the valid ownership of the vehicle/Mulkiya in the name of the owner of the house or the tenant or a first degree relative.

  • The permit is given based on the size of the apartment or the villa according to the following criteria:
    • Flat with 1 bedroom and a living room or a studio: 2 free permits
    • Flat with 2 bedrooms and a living room: 3 free permits
    • Flat with 3 bedrooms and a living room: 4 free permits
    • Villa or flat with 4 bedrooms or more and a living room: 5 free permits
  • The vehicle must be owned by the permit holder or one of his first degree relatives.
  • The permit is issued for citizens residing in residential areas surrounding the paid parking spaces.
