Through website and mobile application:
- The customer logs in using the username and password and proceeds to the service of cancelling the account
- The concerned department at the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) receives the request, checks it and approves the cancellation
- The department transfers the request to the Finance Department to issue a cheque
- The customer receives the cheque from the Finance Department’s office at RTA, from Sunday to Thursday between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m.
