Ways to apply

Process

Through online channels:

  • For identified cards:
    • The customer enters the username and password
    • The customer checks the previous transactions.
  • For unidentified cards:
    • The customer enters the number of the NOL (http://www.nol.ae/) card
    • The customer checks the previous transactions.

Through ticket vending offices and machines:

  • The customer holds the NOL (http://www.nol.ae/) card over the card reader
  • The customer receives a copy of the last 10 transactions.

Terms and conditions

  • The customer must register/identify the card if he owns an unidentified card and desires to check full transactions history
  • The customer can check the transactions history of topping up and purchasing the monthly pass that were carried out over the past 2 months if the card is unidentified
  • The customer can check the transactions history at the ticket vending offices and machines at the metro stations by printing the last 10 transactions only.
