This service enables you to apply for refunding the remaining e-wallet balance of the personal card.
Customers who have personal card are eligible to apply for this service.
Refunding the remaining balance of the card if the conditions are met.
5 AED or 2.5% of the card's balance.
This service has no validity.
If the customer does not desire to use the card even though it is still good:
If the card is damaged or misused by the customer (these cases do not require the approval of the Automatic Collection Systems Department)
Note: If the customer misuses or does not use the card, the service fees will be deducted and the customer receives the remaining balance.
Answer 1: The remaining balance of the e-wallet is secure after 48 hours of reporting your card stolen/lost.
