Through mobile application:
- The customer enters the vehicle's details
- The customer receives the certificate through 1 of the following channels:
- A courier company for a charge of 25 AED. The courier company makes 3 attempts to deliver the certificate before sending it back to the centre where the customer collects it.
- The Customer Happiness Centre in Al Barsha or Deira.
Through service centres:
- The customer presents the required documents at the service centre
- The customer is required to settle the fees
- The customer receives the export certificate.
