- You can check the marine stations that operate using the Petrol Heritage Abra, Traditional Abra - Electrical, and Traditional Abra - Motorised through this link .
- People of Determination are welcome onboard, where dedicated seats are available for them. They can also commute for free on marine vessels scheduled commuter trips.
- The ticket fee is non-refundable.
- Marine vessels scheduled commuter trips are free for children under the age of 5 years.
- Children between 2 and 10 years old benefit from 50% discount on Dubai Ferry round trip fares. Tickets are only available at the stations.
- Children under the age of 2 years can commute for free on Dubai Abra (TR6) and Dubai Ferry (FR4) for roundtrips only. Tickets are only available at the stations.
- You must be at the marine station 5 minutes before Dubai Abra and Dubai Water Taxi trip time, and 15 minutes before Dubai Ferry trip time.
- You can't use nol, credit, and debit cards at certain stations. You must carry cash at all times.

- The route of marine vessels is subject to change or cancellation due to weather conditions or for safety and security reasons.
- You'll be fined in case of misconduct as per the list of violations and fines available in marine transport stations.
- Children under the age of 12 aren't allowed to use marine transport unless accompanied by an adult. A valid Emirates ID or passport (for tourists) of the child must be presented at the ticketing and information office at marine transport stations.
- Children accompanied by an adult must wear a life jacket while on board.

- Q : What's the procedure if I lose my belongings in the marine transport vessels?
- A : If you lose an item, you must visit the Al Ghubaiba office within 24 hours. After this period, any found items will be transferred to the police department (Emirates IDs or similar identification documents). Regular belongings will be kept at the office until you retrieve them.
- Q : What's the procedure to follow if I find the belongings of another passenger on the marine vessel?
- A : You must report it to the deckhand/driver or to Al Ghubaiba office.

- A : One wheelchair can be accommodated per trip on board the Abra, free of charge. All you have to do is present your People of Determination card to the customer service agent before boarding the vessel (only valid on commuter trips).
