Steps
- Log in using your username and password, or UAE Pass.
- Click Explore Investment Opportunities .
- Select the desired opportunity.
- If you're EPQ qualified, upload the Trade Licence and submit the application.
- If you're not EPQ qualified, upload the EPQ required documents to register and submit the application.
- If the request is approved, you receive an email to pay the Performance Bond.
- Go to the Investment dashboard.
- Click Pay .
- Pay the fees.
- Receive the payment confirmation through email and download the receipt from the dashboard.
- Receive a call from the leasing team to complete the leasing formalities.

- Receive a list of the available outlets in the desired tram station.
- Select the desired location.
- Upload the scanned documents.
- Register in RTA EPQ System and submit the application.
- Head to RTA to submit the post-dated cheques for the lease and the Performance Bond.
- Pay the fees.
- Complete the service requirements with the leasing representative.
- Sign the investment agreement with RTA.

You Should Do
- For contracts above AED 1 million, apply for pre-qualification on RTA website. For more details on requirements and processes, download the qualification guide for suppliers and investors from RTA website .
- Investors with valid Trade Licence can register in the VIMS by themselves.
- Investors with initial trade name reservation must provide RTA with the Reservation Certificate and contact details to create a temporary account.
