Channels

Steps

  1. Log in using your username and password, or UAE Pass.
  2. Click Explore Investment Opportunities .
  3. Select the desired opportunity.
  4. If you're EPQ qualified, upload the Trade Licence and submit the application.
  5. If you're not EPQ qualified, upload the EPQ required documents to register and submit the application.
  6. If the request is approved, you receive an email to pay the Performance Bond.
  7. Go to the Investment dashboard.
  8. Click Pay .
  9. Pay the fees.
  10. Receive the payment confirmation through email and download the receipt from the dashboard.
  11. Receive a call from the leasing team to complete the leasing formalities.

  1. Log in to the Invest in Dubai (IID) portal using your username and password, or UAE Pass.
  2. Make sure your Trade Licence is valid and activate one of the activities linked to the service, to be able to view and request the service.
  3. Go to Apply for Investment Opportunities service.
  4. Read the service rules, then complete the application and submit it.
  5. Once you fulfill the requirements, receive the payment voucher.
  6. Complete the payment.
  7. Receive the Signed Lease Proposal on IID.

  1. Send an email to RTA to check outlet availability and book an appointment.
  2. Receive a list of the available outlets in the desired tram station.
  3. Select the desired location.
  4. Upload the scanned documents.
  5. Register in RTA EPQ System and submit the application.
  6. Head to RTA to submit the post-dated cheques for the lease and the Performance Bond.
  7. Pay the fees.
  8. Complete the service requirements with the leasing representative.
  9. Sign the investment agreement with RTA.

You Should Do

  1. For contracts above AED 1 million, apply for pre-qualification on RTA website. For more details on requirements and processes, download the qualification guide for suppliers and investors from  RTA website .
  2. Investors with valid Trade Licence can register in the VIMS by themselves.
  3. Investors with initial trade name reservation must provide RTA with the Reservation Certificate and contact details to create a temporary account.

    • A : Details related to leasing outlets are available under the Retail Opportunities Section. Specify your preferred location and follow the instructions provided on the page to fill the lease application.
