If you don't have an RTA account
- Receive the advertising billboard fine notice through SMS and email.
- Type "Pay Fines Related to Advertising Billboards", then click Apply Now .
- Click Fine Number to proceed as a guest.
- Enter the fine number then the Trade Licence number.
- Select the fine you want to pay and click Submit .
- Fill in the contact form and click Submit .
- Accept the terms and conditions and click Pay Using DubaiPay .
- Enter your credit card details and click Pay .
- Receive the payment receipt through SMS and email.
If you have an RTA account
- Receive the advertising billboard fine notice through SMS and email.
- Type "Pay Fines Related to Advertising Billboards", then click Apply Now .
- Click Log in with RTA ID and enter your username and password.
- Enter the OTP you received on your registered phone number.
- Click Unpaid Fines , then select the fine you want to pay and click Submit .
- Accept the terms and conditions and click Pay Using DubaiPay .
- Enter your credit card details and click Pay .
- Receive the payment receipt through SMS and email.

You Should Know
- You can dispute fines you think you wrongfully received free of charge, through the Grievance Management System . To submit a dispute application, follow the steps below:
- Log in using your username and password or UAE Pass.
- Go to the Services section in the dashboard and select Dispute .
- Select Apply for a Grievance Request and click Next .
- Select Fine Type .
- Fill in the required information, then verify the details and click Next .
- Verify the registered mobile number and email address.
- Upload the required documents.
- Enter the dispute reason and click Submit .
- Receive the dispute application reference number and then its status (approved/rejected) through SMS within 30 working days.
- To track the dispute status, go to the Services section in the dashboard and select Dispute , then select Check Grievance Status .
- If your application is approved, receive the refund amount within 7 days (if the fine is paid)
