Obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) to execute proposed infrastructure works/projects within the Right-of-Way. Apply for this NOC during the project construction (when the contractor becomes involved).

Steps
- Log in to the eNOC system using your username and password, or UAE Pass.
- Select Construction NOC for Infrastructure Work .
- Fill in the information.
- Upload the supporting documents.
- Check the status of the application.
- Check the remarks of the service authorities (if any) and act accordingly.
- Receive the final NOC through the website upon the approval of all the service authorities listed in the application.

You Should Know
- You can check the status of the application and the remarks of the service authorities through the eNOC system.
- You must fulfil all the requirements of the service authorities and get their approvals within 2 months of the submission of the application to avoid its cancellation.
