Steps
- Download Bus on Demand smart application.
- Register for the service.
- Enter the information.
- Enter your payment details.
- Activate the application after confirming the provided information.
- Check the displayed location of the Bus, seat availability, time required for the bus arrival, and the estimated travel time to the desired destination within the zone of operation.
- Book the service.
- Board the Bus.
- Pay through one of the following channels:
- Credit card on the Dubai Bus On Demand app, based on the trip selected
- Buying "Ride Credits" on the Dubai Bus On Demand app before booking the trip. Use the credits (new or existing) to pay for the service
- Selecting nol card as payment method (buy new nol card or top up existing nol card) before using the service.

- You can book the service individually or as a group, and can travel only within the same zone or interzones where your journey started.
- On-demand bus fare in the Business Bay area was reduced to AED 2, starting 20 December 2024.
- For additional information, download Dubai Bus on Demand app from Google Play or App Store .
- You can book for up to 10 people in a single ride.
