These views were highlighted by His Excellency Mohammed Saeed Al Shehhi, CEO of ARM Holding, and Muhammad BinGhatti, Chairman of Binghatti Group, during a panel discussion titled “Dubai Iconic Developments”, moderated by Marwan Al Hel, Producer and Presenter at Dubai TV.
They added that Dubai’s projects have evolved into global icons and defining landmarks that represent the city worldwide and narrate its journey of growth, excellence, and leadership. They noted that these developments have been delivered through clear strategies and forward-looking vision, driven by passion and commitment from the teams behind who believe in excellence, leadership, and delivering the very best for the nation.
They further explained that work on iconic developments generally passes through multiple stages, including design, construction, close monitoring, and rapid delivery, for projects that combine architectural excellence with innovative ideas. Mohammed Saeed Al Shehhi and Muhammad BinGhatti noted that such projects are delivered by teams that have built extensive practical expertise through their work in Dubai, adding that this has become a well-recognised reality among industry professionals seeking hands-on experience in delivering Dubai’s distinctive and exceptional landmark developments.
They pointed out that all of Dubai’s iconic projects, which reflect its architectural and technological identity on the global stage, are designed to anticipate the future and embody the vision of an ambitious leadership that has made excellence a way of life embraced by all.
