The bridges project aims primarily towards construction of entry & exit points, linking the Dubai Parks project with the Sheikh Zayed Road. It comprises the construction of a 3-lane bridge and a 2-lane bridge. The 3-lane bridge, stretching 1500 meters, will act as a main entry on the Sheikh Zayed Road for vehicles coming from Dubai and heading to Dubai Parks. The 2-lane bridge, stretching 1000 meter, will act as a main exit on the Sheikh Zayed Road from Dubai Parks in the direction of Abu Dhabi.
The project also comprises of development on road within Dubai Parks to link with the Sheikh Zayed Road and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road. The development work also cover roads extension of 16 km, comprising a dual carriageway of 2 lanes in each direction, in addition to other development part within the project zone extending 9km. Moreover, the project also include lighting, traffic signs, rainwater drainage, utility lines, besides shifting and protecting utility lines intercepting the project works such as electricity, water, communication and others.
The project has been endorsed in cooperation with Meraas Holding, and situated at the Sheikh Zayed Road in the direction from Abu Dhabi to Dubai just 4 km off Seeh Shoaib.
