Yousif Ahmed Al Redha

Yousif Ahmed Al Redha is the Chief Executive Officer of the Corporate Administration Support Services Sector at RTA, which is responsible for Providing effective support to all RTA agencies and departments in order to ensure adequate working environment through activating a diversity of means, such as hiring qualified staff and setting up efficient corporate marketing and communication channels to strengthen workflow among all RTA’s agencies.

Al Redha has over 21 years of extensive experience in UAE governmental services.

He has a degree in Industrial Engineering from University of South California, USA, and a Diploma in Human Resources from the Australian Human Resources Institute AHRI.

In 2011, he was promoted to the position of CEO CASS and succeeded in providing high quality, customer centered, innovative and cost effective services to RTA customers and employees, developing RTA people, promoting a modal shift, and contributing to financial sustainability.

Al Redha’s career has witnessed steady growth. He started as an engineer in Dubai Municipality in 1987 to become Deputy Director of Human Resources at the Municipality in 2000 and now CEO at RTA. He is the spearhead of the team responsible for transforming Dubai into an eligible city for the people of determination.
