Introduction
In accordance to the importance of knowledge being considered a significant element in decision making, RTA pays high attention to develop its knowledge resources. It launches several initiatives aimed at creating an institutional culture supportive for the exchange and sharing of knowledge in order to achieve the concept of the educated organization. Among such initiatives is the "Knowledge Fair", organized by the RTA for the second year under the title (knowledge for all) during the period 14 to 18 April 2013. The fair provides a wonderful opportunity for the staff to learn from the experiences of a group of outstanding managerial leaders as well as to see some unique management practices. In addition to this, the authority organizes a group of cultural competitions that aims at enriching the knowledge of the participants in different areas. Furthermore, a group of universities, colleges and prestigious academic institutions, will be exhibiting their services and products.
For the first time, RTA is proud to present Best Management Practices Forum as part of the Knowledge Fair. RTA is seeking to post their distinctive management practices in the presence of officials of public and private sector agencies in addition to a
group of experts and specialists. This Forum offers exceptional opportunity to share diverse expertise and benefit from the specialists opinions in the management fields to promote and improve the performance of the government sector. The Forum will address the following topic:
• Governance of Public Private Partnership
• Corporate Governance
• Technology Governance
