  1. Fine number
  2. Plate details
  3. Licence number
  4. Traffic file number.

  • Violation fee
  • +20 AED Knowledge and Innovation fee per fine.

Through Website

  1. The customer goes to Fines Inquiry and Payment page.
  2. The customer enters the plate details, the driving licence number the, fine number or the traffic file number.
  3. The customer settles the fines by credit card or e-wallet.
  4. The customer receives the receipt through e-mail.

Through Smart Apps

  1. The customer applies for the service.
  2. The customer enters the required data.
  3. The customer settles the fees by credit card.
  4. The customer receives an SMS with the payment receipt.

Through Mahboub Chatbot

  1. The customer types Pay Salik Fines.
  2. The customer enters the plate details or the licence number or the fine number or the traffic file number.
  3. The customer settles the fines by credit card.
  4. The customer receives the receipt through e-mail.

Through Customer Happiness Centres or Vehicle Registration and Inspection Centres

  1. The customer heads to the centre.
  2. The customer presents the vehicle number.
  3. The customer settles the fees.
  4. The customer receives an SMS with the payment receipt.
